Since 1993, when discovering the web was new, the study and use of HTML has been an actively and
eagerly pursued endeavor. Now we have entire sites that are optimized for one browser and not another,
and designing pages that work well on all browsers is something of a lost art. I develop web sites the
old fashioned way, with a text editor, a good graphics application and an attentive ear with which to hear.
